WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST
We’re honored to support families in need across the Dothan area with a box of food every Thursday. If you’d like to request a box, please fill out the form below before 12 PM (noon) on Thursday.
Please Note: The form must be submitted on the Thursday you are requesting the box. Forms submitted on other days, or after 12 PM on Thursday, will not be accepted.
Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation. Between 12 PM and 1:30 PM, you'll get a text from Dothan First either confirming your box with pickup details or letting you know if we’ve reached capacity for the day. Thank you, and God bless!
